Can I rotate just one page?

Yes — use the Organize PDF tool, which shows every page as a thumbnail with its own rotate button.

Will rotating change my PDF quality?

No. Rotation only changes the page orientation flag — the content itself is untouched.

My scan is upside down — which option fixes it?

Choose 180°. For sideways scans, use 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on the direction.
